The Beneteau Oceanis 37 features a large cockpit with seating for eight. There is natural teak on the seating surfaces, or you can use the full set of cockpit cushions for added comfort. The beautiful varnished teak cockpit table has folding leaves and a built-in cooler. A sugar scoop swim platform and a walk-through transom provide excellent access to the water for swimming or boarding, either from the dock or from the dinghy.
Gently sloping teak stairs lead down into the main salon which features an L-shaped galley to port and the enclosed head directly to starboard. Overhead hatches and skylights, as well as opening ports and windows in the hull provide great lighting and ventilation. There is 6'4" headroom throughout the cabin. A large dining table with folding leaves can seat six and settees to port and starboard can serve as berths.
The forward cabin has a large V-berth with an inner-spring mattress. To port is a vanity/desk with storage above. To starboard is a combination hanging locker and cabinet with shelves. The aft cabin has a king-sized mattress, a seating area and standing headroom forward of the bed. Sleeping accommodations on this boat are luxurious!

The hour meter on the panel was not working so engine hours are based on an estimate of 60 hours per season, although the owner states that he probably only put 30 hours per season on it the last couple years. Judging by the overall look of the boat and engine, she was lightly used. I was especially impressed by the way the exterior wood looked - it is perfect! There is just enough brightwork to give this yacht an elegant look, but not so much that it would take forever to varnish. The standing rigging is all brand new this spring and the sails new the year before, so that's a big plus. Can't think of anything the boat needs - maybe a Bimini if you want to stay out of the sun? Otherwise, she is all rigged up and ready to sail away. Call today!
