Vessel Walkthrough and Details

Three stateroom two head layout with separate stall showers in each head. Boarding from either side into wide and easily walked side decks or onto the TNT swim platform or cockpit. Full beam soft enclosed aft deck with 2 chairs, couch, table, wet bar, drink fridge, flat screen TV and lots of storage. Entry to salon and staterooms on port through double doors. Wide steps to bridge toward the centerline. Proceeding to the main salon with a couch on starboard and large barrel chair on port, dinette forward and galley on starboard. Forward and down a few gentle steps is a large walk-in pantry on port opposite the bunk bed stateroom. Guest head is on port with access doors from the hallway or directly to the VIP quest forward.

Aft from the main salon is the master stateroom with a centerline queen berth, abundant storage and drawers and a stack unit washer/dryer (not combo unit)! Master head is to starboard with a large walk-in shower.

Up from the aft deck is the soft enclosed flybridge with hardtop. Huge bridge for this size vessel there are 2 captains’ chairs, bench seating on port and L-Shaped aft, fixed round table and 2 chairs and even a drink fridge on starboard (can’t have a thirsty captain).

Main Salon:

Wonderful and large salon is very tastefully decorated with custom sofa to starboard, chairs on port and coffee table. Parquet flooring in the salon and throughout the boat. The entertainment center and electrical panel are located to port. Interior finish is a beautiful satin varnish Teak finish. There is plenty of term storage starboard with counter forward and custom cabinets aft. There are blinds and window treatments on all the windows. The windows run the full length of the salon and provide an abundance of natural light.

Galley:

The Galley is located forward and to starboard across from the large L-shape dinette to starboard. There is plenty of storage throughout and even a walk-in pantry forward. The dinette features a beautiful solid cherry hi-lo table that really sets off the area.

Guest Staterooms:

VIP guest forward with centerline queen bed, hanging lockers, tons of drawers and private entrance to the guest head/shower.

Very nice bunk bed second stateroom has a hanging locker, nightstand with drawers, and additional drawers under the lower bunk.

Deck:

Comfortably wide side decks with nice, high stainless-steel handrails all the way around. Single roller anchor pulpit with foot controls for the vertical captive anchor windlass and wash down spigot. All fiberglass decks for ease of maintenance. Fender racks for 6 large fenders forward. Shore power and cable connections on starboard (cord reel aft). Wing doors port and starboard to aft deck. Handrail gates port and starboard too!

Cockpit has a transom door on port leading out to the hydraulic TNT swim platform/tender lift. Shore power cord and shore water connection aft in the cockpit next to the hot/cold cockpit shower. Two large deck hatches provide access to the steering gear, Aux fuel tank, spare props and even more storage.

There is also a Nautical Structures davit on the hardtop over the aft deck.

Broker's Comments

Miss Christina is an amazing buy for her price! In very good mechanical and functional condition she should be ready to go cruising as she is. Interior is clean and tight with no old boat smells I could find. She is being sold “fully found” with sheets, towels, dishes, and silverware. Current owners have cruised her and lived aboard seasonally since 2004 and love her dearly but it’s time……
