In the Galley is an upright Samsung refrigerator with a freezer drawer, Samsung 30” 5-burner electric cooktop with FLEX-DUO double oven capable and warming drawer below, Samsung convection microwave, Bosch dishwasher, KitchenAid trash compactor, BLANCO dual stainless-steel sink, GROHE faucet, an Insinkerator garbage disposal and AO Smith water filtration system. Adjacent to the galley is the Bar Area and with convenience built right in offering an isotherm ice maker, dumb waiter system for transporting meals and dishes between the sky lounge and galley area, Cuisinart coffee maker, an undercounter mounted stainless steel sink with GROHE faucet and AO Smith water filtration system. Above, on the Fly Bridge deck is an outdoor galley area with Corian counters, undercounter mounted stainless steel sink with GROHE faucet, Traeger grill, NOVA*KOOL refrigerator and Whirlpool chest freezer. The Aft Deck has Corian counters, an undercounter mounted stainless steel sink with GROHE faucet and NOVA*KOOL refrigerator. In the Crew Area is an undercounter mounted stainless steel sink with GROHE faucet, GE refrigerator and LG microwave oven. The laundry is Samsung brand washer and dryer.

Well-appointed Accommodations include a full beam, king bed Master Stateroom with ensuite head and shower, VIP cabin forward with private access to the guest head and shower, port Guest cabin with two single beds and shares the guest head with the VIP cabin. The crew area has double-sized lower and single sized upper bunks with separate head / vanity and shower compartments. Day heads with vanities are located on the aft deck and in the sky lounge. An abundance of hanging lockers, drawers and storage compartments in all accommodation areas with the laundry forward are key for an orderly yacht.

Exterior spaces on the main deck extend forward from the aft deck along deep, wide, and covered side decks to the Portuguese bridge and foredeck seating. At the Bow Area resides a MUIR 4500 hydraulic anchoring system with a 70 kg ROCNA anchor, swivel and 275’ of chain, adjacent anchor launch & retrieve foot pedal controls, chain locker w/ easy access, storage bins under the hatches, fresh and raw water washdowns and deck drains are positioned to aid in cleanup.

Access to the Sky Lounge is either via aft deck molded stairs or by ascending the starboard side interior stairs next to the galley. On the Sky lounge deck forward and centerline is the helm area with Garmin electronics, CAT engine displays, 2-adjustable Pompanette helm chairs, Fusion stereo system, to starboard is a weather tight door for accessing the upper side deck and Portuguese bridge, a cabinet with file and storage drawers, Samsung 42” LED TV above, to port is a 5’ custom dining table with seating for 8 on the luxuriously upholstered U-Lounge, a day head and sliding glass stainless-steel framed entry door are aft.

Aft of the Sky lounge, there is an outdoor galley with a Traeger grill, refrigerator, sink, Corian countertop and storage. Two large, locking storage compartments, one contains a large chest freezer, and the second contains fishing gear and deck supplies and are positioned adjacent to the outdoor galley area.

The Boat Deck section is a self-draining non-skid FRP deck area that presents a fabulous multi-use area with plentiful space and room for the Boston Whaler tender with Mercury 40 hp engine which offer launch options either to port or aft with the full extension power rotation Brower 1600-pound capacity davit.

You will be impressed with generous headroom in the Engine room between the engines with ample room forward and outboard for accessibility to critical systems. The Reliable and efficient Caterpillar C18 Marine Diesel 918 hp Main Engines with underwater exhaust, (2773 (S) 2762 (P) hours - 8/23/2025), Managed by a 5-station CAT electronic engine control system which includes a sky lounge helm station, 2-aft deck wing stations, 2-fly bridge wing stations, are the heart of Performance offering high torque at low RPM’s providing excellent vessel control. Stepping aboard LA BELLA VITA II, it’s the Solid feel in the balance and construction that draws you in.

Aboard the full width molded fiberglass non-skid swim platform, you note four sets of 2 ½“ stainless steel staple railings with a spare set of storage receptacles for Flexibility to configure as necessary. Attached to one staple is a vertical rail that swivels to horizontal connecting the two inner staples for safety then back to vertical for Ease of boarding into and from the water, your tender and toys. Mounted in the swim step is the (in water) boarding ladder, aft corner recessed stainless steel Pop-up cleats for the tender and water toys, large, recessed stainless steel mooring Tie-down cleats, a port shore power cord that will rest within a Recessed shore power cable safety channel molded into the swim platform with a flush, hinged cover which helps to keep the swim step clear of a possible trip hazard.

Built into the substantial transom is an Aircraft style watertight transom door with a locking stainless steel ‘T’ handle for Convenient access to the crew, storage and engine room spaces when docked. Handy storage lockers are located port and starboard at the steps to the aft deck. Located within the starboard storage locker area is a dockside freshwater inlet, fresh and raw water washdown hose connections as well as fresh water hot & cold transom shower. To port, the storage locker is a generous space for deck supplies and stern tie moorage lines.

Next, you Intuitively lay hold of a well-placed handrail and ascend the courtesy lit Gently Curved steps finished with teak treads where you enter through stainless-steel framed and back-lit glass boarding gates the fully enclosed with 80 mil clear and bonded to zippered canvas panel aft deck. The decking on the aft deck and side decks are finished in teak all the way ahead to the Portuguese bridge opening to the foredeck, then the teak finished decking continues forward midline to the windlass.

Situated on the aft deck between the custom stainless steel frame transom gates is the molded-in settee fitted with Custom upholstered cushions, and seat backs. Adjacent and forward the settee is a gloss finished Cherry wood full 80” length rectangular shaped dining table with ebony, holly & rosewood compass rose inlay. The table is mounted atop a pair of fixed stainless-steel pedestal supports Affording you a fabulous alfresco dining and entertaining space accommodating at least 8 people. Positioned above the settee are a pair of outdoor speakers and directed aft are a docking light and a center mounted camera streaming video for security to an onboard sky lounge helm display.

Confident docking is achieved with cleverly concealed engines and thruster control stations located port and starboard at the aft deck.

When lounging on the aft deck you have Unobstructed visibility forward through the salon, galley and bar area into the spacious dining space. Not to be overlooked is the opportunity to watch favorite programming on the Samsung television that stows neatly in an overhead compartment above the aft deck storage cabinet just outside the Locking stainless steel framed sliding salon door.

Below the television is a built-in aft deck entertainment cabinet with stainless-steel sink and Grohe faucet, Corian countertop with sea rail, undercounter storage and a Nova*Kool refrigerator.

Overhead LED lighting is dimmable, and the deck courtesy lighting has a soft non-glare blue hue. A Thoughtfully placed courtesy light is located next to the lock on the salon door for accessing at night.

For convenience and functionality, LA BELLA VITA II has an aft deck day head which includes a Techma toilet, Marble countertops, stainless-steel sink and Grohe faucet, mirror, window with shade, overhead lighting, dual receptacle power outlet, exhaust fan, Marble floor with drain, and locking privacy door.

Flanking the aft deck port and starboard are hinged, opening FRP Boarding gates with oval stainless-steel handrails.

Storage below the port aft deck control station is a sealed, molded-in compartment for long items such as boat hooks and brush handles.

Through the hinged, latching acrylic panels, the port and starboard wide covered Walkaround Decks, solid feeling bulwarks with comfortable grip oval stainless-steel handrails mounted atop the gunwales, bright overhead and low-mounted blue courtesy lighting for the deck trail provide safe maneuvering about the main deck. Three stainless steel hawseholes with cleats are positioned along each side and accessible from inside or outside the vessel.

Moving forward from the aft deck are large embedded fixed frameless windows which allow natural light in while offering less worry for leaks. Engine room ventilation plenums are installed inside the bulwarks below the gunwales along the deck trails to minimize potential water intrusion into the engine room. Fueling both tanks simultaneously from one side is possible through the diesel fuel fill ports which are concealed behind a latched locker panel on the inboard side of each deck trail lessening spill potential.

Robust aircraft-style locking access doors with retractable screens are placed at each side for accessing to and from the interior main deck dining and galley areas. The vessel’s freshwater fill is on the port deck trail just aft of the dining access door.

Crossing the Portuguese Bridge area in front of the dining area a cache of vented storage compartments large enough or fenders is situated below the windshield behind (3) large opening hatches. Additional vented storage compartments for lines, life jackets and deck gear are beneath the foredeck bench seats with custom cushions and canvas covers on each side of centerline dual opening walk-through hatch with stainless steel safety latch.

The Foredeck is teak decking centerline and to each side is FRP non-skid with perimeter stainless steel oval handrail, welded mid-rail, bow rail with ensign staff, and gunwale mounted stanchions. A deck hatch for the VIP stateroom is located centerline between the Portuguese bridge entry and the Muir 4500 hydraulic anchor system. At the bow is a Rocna70 kg galvanized anchor mated with stainless steel swivels and 275’ chain, in-deck storage bins, fresh and raw water washdowns, windlass foot pedal controls and recessed stainless-steel hawseholes with bow cleats. Oversized open drain holes are molded into the base of the bulwarks in addition to the (4) deck drains. The waste tank pump out fitting is to port of the portside foredeck bench seat.

Transitioning to the fly bridge from the aft deck is through a horizontal sliding overhead fiberglass hatch for security and weather protection via fiberglass molded steps with teak treads and dual stainless steel safety railing.

The fully enclosed sky lounge FRP Hardtop has a custom mast where an anchor light, electronics and communications antennae are mounted above, LED spreader/flood light mounted aft, three opening hatches above the helm for fresh air and light in the hardtop above the helm chairs, and overhead lighting. An aircraft style locking access door with retractable screen is placed starboard side for accessing onto the sky lounge level Portuguese Bridge from the interior of the sky lounge deck.

Port and starboard stainless steel Oval Railing extend from the sides of the sky lounge and completely around the fore brow where an FRP non-skid walkway allows for fabulous vistas and when it’s time for cleaning the outer sides of the enclosed upper deck makes the chores safer and more efficient. The railings are joined aft by a vinyl coated lifeline.

Port and starboard Control Stations with engine and thruster controls are concealed behind flush mounted weather resistant hatches along each side of the walk around Portuguese Bridge affording great line of sight maneuvering underway.

At the helm, adjustable Pompanette Platinum Series helm chairs are matching custom fabric and stainless-steel pedestals for comfort while cruising. At the helm is a padded console with chart locker, custom Cherry wood and stainless steel steering wheel and console w/ a comprehensive suite of Electronics and Ship’s Controls including NMEA 2000 Backbone, (3) Garmin GPSMAP 8616 MFD 16” touch screen displays, a Garmin 8612 display connected to the Panoptix Sonar, Garmin Fantom 24x Radar, Raymarine autopilot, VDO rudder angle indicator, (1) Standard Horizon Quantum VHF with AIS and remote handset, (2) displays for the onboard Garmin monitoring CCTV system (one camera for the aft deck facing aft, and two cameras in the engine room, CAT electronic engine controls, CAT Ignition switches, CAT dual engine monitors, CAT Emergency Gear and Throttle Controls, SEAFIRE manual engine room fire suppression and engine shutdown system, WESMAR hydraulic stabilizer digital control panel, WESMAR hydraulic bow and stern thruster controls, (3) Exalto self-parking variable speed windshield wipers, windshield defrosters with fan speed selector switch, Plastimo Magnetic compass, horn switch, Fusion MS-IP700 stereo, JABSCO search light control, Bennett trim tab controls with LED indicators, Muir windlass remote control, (2) Dometic tank tender units monitoring black water and grey water separately, (1) WEMA tank level indicator for all 4 fuel tanks and the water tank, and Ship’s systems indicator panel. Throughout is Makore Cherry gloss finished custom cabinetry with storage. Frameless windows port, starboard and the windshield allow voluminous amounts of natural light to fill the spaces. The windshield panels have built-in window boxes which house custom shades. Overhead is the custom headliner, LED task lighting and (6) speakers. The lighting over the console is switchable between off, bright for tasks or red for night navigation.  Beneath the helm is generous space for servicing the back side of the helm. Climate control comfort is provided by (3) chilled water air conditioning with reverse cycle heat control zones as well as heat from the diesel furnace system. The 24VDC / 12VDC power distribution panel is next to the helm and is backlit. 110VAC outlets provide on demand power.

For Dining, Entertaining and Relaxing the hub of the sky lounge to port is laid out with a large custom Makore cherry gloss finished tabletop with compass rose inlay mounted atop a cherry table base which includes (2) storage drawers. The table is surrounded on three sides by a built-in cherry U-lounge which will seat 8 for your dining and entertainment gatherings and has custom upholstered cushions, pillows and storage below which includes two storage drawers. The sole is cherry with a gloss finish and providing protection and warmth over the wood floor is the custom bound edge carpet.

Situated starboard is a richly finished cabinet and countertop with storage drawers, dumb waiter compartment next to the entertainment section and Brother printer. A television is concealed in a drop-down compartment above the counter.

Conveniently located in the starboard aft section of the sky lounge is a Day Head which includes a Techma toilet, marble vanity and floor with drain, mirror, towel bar, window with shade and privacy door.

Aft across the sky lounge are a sliding stainless-steel and glass locking door with retractable screen, and a window with an opening panel.

An Outdoor Galley that includes a Traeger grill, Corian counter topped FRP cabinet with stainless steel grab rails, undercounter stainless steel sink with hot and cold freshwater faucet, storage below, separate propane tank storage compartment, and refrigerator A separate FRP storage cabinet is to starboard. For convenience and ease in cleaning chores, (2) – Dual 110VAC outlets and pressurized freshwater washdown are provided nearby.

Midway on the upper deck between the grill area and tender are large, vented and locking storage compartments. One contains a 15.2 cu ft chest freezer offering sorting bins for provisioning. The second compartment contains storage for fishing, crabbing and shrimping gear.

A Boston Whaler 130 Super Sport tender with 40 HP Mercury outboard, is situated athwartship aft on tender chocks. The tender is launched either to port or aft with the full power rotation Brower 1600-pound lift capacity davit.

The fly bridge Decking is teak at the outdoor galley area, and FRP molded non-skid with drainage channels and deck drains aft. Overhead protection from weather is provided by the extended hardtop and add-on canvas eyebrow section aft. Flood lighting, overhead lights and courtesy lights provide ample brightness for the deck areas at night.

Interior Access to and from the main deck is by way of the starboard side open stairway with custom cherry treads and custom cherry handrail. The stairway has a closing swing hatch panel and sliding top hatch to separate the decks for night navigation or to accommodate multiple functions within the yacht simultaneously.

Crossing over the threshold of a stainless-steel framed sliding glass door with retractable screen, you enter the Salon from the aft deck feeling the breadth and expanse through the interior main deck open floor plan to the spacious and bright galley and dining areas. Large frameless windows port, starboard and forward allowing voluminous amounts of natural light to fill the spaces have built-in window boxes which house custom shades for privacy. Overhead is the custom headliner, stereo speakers, stylish Makore cherry wood ceiling feature, task lighting combined with dimmable fixtures, and soft indirect lighting at the perimeter above the windows. Gloss finish handcrafted custom cherry cabinetry highlights the starboard aft corner of the salon stairway entry to the crew area and forward are (2) multi-position recliner chairs and table with drawers. A Samsung TV is built into forward cabinetry with the entertainment systems components and storage drawers below.  To port the Custom built L-shaped sofa is finished in a luxurious fabric and includes accent pillows, with storage below. A custom cabinet with storage compartments is aft next to the sliding salon door. A custom hi-lo cherry table is situated between the L-lounge and aft corner cabinet. The flooring is carpeted with special sound attenuating underlayment and pad. Climate control comfort is provided by chilled water air conditioning with reverse cycle heat and diesel furnace controls. Multiple 110VAC outlets provide on demand power.

Up two steps forward are the spacious and open Galley to port and Bar area to starboard with sturdy aircraft style port and starboard doors with retractable screens for access to the exterior side decks and an inside stair access to the sky lounge via an open stairway. Forward the dining area has gloss finished handcrafted custom Makore cherry millwork. A custom dining table is mounted on a storage pedestal base with drawers below, a comfortable U-shaped upholstered seating area seats 6 comfortably and has storage drawers below. Frameless windows port and starboard allow voluminous amounts of natural light to fill the spaces for comfort while dining and entertaining. Overhead is the custom headliner with a and task lighting combined with indirect lighting.

Conveniently located adjacent to the dining area, there are the 24VDC power panel, remote generator start switches, water maker remote and inverter panels. Climate control comfort is provided by chilled water air conditioning with reverse cycle heat outlets and diesel furnace controls. To starboard is the Bar positioned in the nook below the open stairway to the sky lounge. A tastefully designed gloss finish handcrafted custom standup bar with granite working top and upper serving top has a sink with faucet, dumb waiter, ice maker, and wall with glass and bottle display storage. The floor is granite with cherry wood border.

The Galley is across to port with a granite floor and cherry wood border. Large frameless windows forward, port and starboard allow voluminous amounts of natural light to fill the spaces have built-in window boxes which house custom shades for privacy. Overhead is the custom headliner; task lighting combined with dimmable fixtures and indirect lighting above. A cleverly positioned, deep storage compartment is accessed just above the steps up from the salon. Gloss finish handcrafted upper and lower custom cabinetry throughout the galley provides an abundance of storage for dishware and provisions. An offset galley counter for serving is accompanied by (3) custom Makore cherry bar stools. Drawers are dovetail construction for strength and durability with full-length glides so that retrieving items in the back of drawers is possible. All cabinetry door and drawer hardware are matching chrome. Galley appliances include Samsung refrigerator with freezer drawer, Samsung cooktop with oven, Samsung convection microwave, Bosch dishwasher and Kitchen Aid trash compactor. Tool boxes are mounted above each engine.
