Exterior Features

General:

Hull - Semi-Displacement hull; white hull color
Tender - Highfield Classic 310 (CL-310) 10 foot 2 tender, two-tone grey inflatable tubes, aluminium bottom with a double floor, 5 passenger, with a 20HP Tohatsu. Includes a console and wheel, shifter, navigation lights, electric bilge pump, LED courtesy lights, two 12V outlets, white and grey ultraleather upholstery, foam flooring in grey, and a green cover for it.
Davit System - Custom Hide-A-Davit davit system, 650 Lbs capacity, mounted under the swim platform at LaConner Maritime. Swim platform is free of hardware when the lift is lowered. Brackets are removable. There are two wireless remotes for it.
Forward sunbathing mattress is grey fabric, with cover. The front part of the sunpad has a flip-up section to turn it into a bench seat.
Storage rack on roof for paddleboards or kayaks, with flip down ladder by windshield to access it.

Cockpit:

The cockpit is easily accessed from the spacious swim platform via two stainless steel and plexiglass doors. There is an extension of the roof that comes out halfway over the cockpit, with lights and speakers. The flooring is non-skid with custom SeaDek foam flooring added over it, in brown with black lines. There is an L-shaped settee to port, and the aft portion can slide back one foot to open up the cockpit further. In the center of the floor is a massive hatch (about 3.5 feet by 5.5 feet) that opens to reveal a very spacious lazarette.

Seating - L-shaped settee with removable grey fabric cushions; the long portion slides back over the swim platform to open the cockpit up. There is two storage cubbies under the seats.
Flooring - Over the factory non-skid, the owners added a custom Sea-Dek foam flooring in brown with black lines.
Shower - hot and cold shower

Interior Features

General:

Interior wood - "Oak" finish Alpi wood (Light blond), with floors in dark brown veneer with marine-grade plywood.
Layout - 3 cabins, 2 heads. The primary cabin is forward and has, ensuite, separate head and shower. There is a larger guest cabin to port with twin bunks that have a filler section to make it into one queen berth, and to starboard is a smaller cabin with a single twin berth. If you don't plan to use that cabin often and remove that mattress, you get a large storage for all your extra gear. Finally, to starboard is also a day/guest head and shower.
Air Conditioning/ Reverse Cycle Heating - 48,000 BTU Air Conditioning and Heating - 4 units. Controls in salon/galley, primary cabin and each guest cabins. Outlets also in each heads.

Galley:

The galley is immediately when you enter the interior, mostly to port with a u-shaped counter. There is a tall fridge and freezer to starboard, more storage a large counter. The door to the cockpit slides open, as does an extra glass partition that will dissappear. You can open access at least 7 feet wide. This gives you perfect access when using either the salon or cockpit to entertain.

Countertops - Off-white Corian countertops, with louvers. and Corian backsplash.
Flip-up bar - If you open the glass partition aft, you can flip up an extra wood counter for a bar feel or extra space.
Stovetop - Electric 2-burner induction stove, with an added non-slip mat.
Microwave Oven - Located under the counter. Miele brand
Sink - Stainless-steel double sink
Refrigerator/Freezer - Vitrifrigo 6.71 Cu. Ft. standing fridge with freezer compartment. Hidden by Oak Alpiwood.
Garbage storage - In the counter to your left is a small hatch for the trash. Remove the trash from a hatch by the sliding door.
Dish storage - Open a hatch in the right corner and you get access to sectioned drop-in storage for plates and pots and pans.
Storage - Under counter: 2 smaller drawers, two large drawers, garbage storage. Above the counter there are three cubbies, including one well-designed for cups. To port there are a large cubbie above the fridge, long and deep cubbies for cereals, etc, and four shelves under the counter and a drawer.

Salon:

The salon is past the galley, with the U-shaped settee to port. There is a shelf across from the settee that has counter space, the TV, and storage underneath. The helm is to starboard, and you can flip the helm settee 90 degrees to face the settee, and if you flip open the settee table you can then sit up to 7 at the table.

The settee's table can be lowered, and there is a filler cushion to turn the whole settee into a sleeper for two. There are curtains to enclose that space.

Overhead in the forward part of the seating are two overhead hatches that are electric, for great airflow. There is also a large sliding window to port and the side door by the helm can be opened three different widths.

Air Conditioning/Heating - Controls to starboard and Outlet by the settee.
Sound System - Fusion MS-RA670 Apollo with Bluetooth capacity, and Bose speakers
Settee - U-shaped settee, finished in a dark grey soft ultraleather. It sits 5 easily, but if you flip the helm settee you can then sit 2 more.
Table - The table is in Alpi oak with a vinyl insert when closed. Can be opened for double width and length. Can be lowered and inset, with a cushion topper that matches the settee to make into a day lounger or bed for two.
TV - Samsung 22-inch smart TV, hidden behind the TV. You open a compartment and slide it out, and with the bracket you can angle it.
Counter - To starboard is a large counter, perfect for any extra appliances like coffee machines or cooking equipment.
Windows - Nearly 240 glass views, with manually-opening window to port, and a large sliding door to starboard.
Overhead hatches - Two electric sliding hatches, with bug screens and shades.

Helm Station:

The helm station is located to starboard. There is a settee for two that has a bolster, and a large opening door to access the starboard side deck. There is also a small door in the hull right next to that to then access the dock easily, making it very easy to single or double-hand this boat, ideally docking to starboard.

Helm settee - White ultraleather, with a pop-up bolster to lean on. The whole settee can be lifted up and swivels 90 degrees to the left, then lowers to face the settee and add seating for two more.
False floor by settee - To gain an extra 8-10 inches, there is a wood board that slides forward to give you extra height at the helm.
Engine Displays - Yanmar engine display. Will read rpm, oil pressure, battery voltage, fuel burn, distance to empty, etc. The Raymarine chartplotter has updated wiring to read engine data and fuel tank capacity.
Shifter - Yanmar shifter, with station select, throttle only mode.
Engine controls - Ignition, start/stop
